About Us
Shiv Shramik Kamgar Sanghatana is a registered trade union dedicated to protecting the rights, welfare, and development of workers across Maharashtra, especially in Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, and Palghar districts. The union represents a wide range of workers from organised and unorganised sectors, including:
Mathadi workers
Security guards
Domestic workers
Building and construction workers
Transport workers (Taxi, Rickshaw, Tempo, Truck, Trailer, Tourist cars, Buses, Private vehicles)
Mall, BPO, Call Centre and IT Park employees
Housekeeping, Cleaners, Peons, Office Boys
Hospital & Nursing staff
MIDC / Industrial area workers
Contract, temporary, casual and permanent workers across 108+ labour categories
Objectives of the Union
Protect Workers’ Rights:
Safeguard wages, ensure fair working hours, stop exploitation, and resolve disputes between workers and employers.Secure Legal & Social Benefits:
Help workers receive legally entitled benefits such as:Minimum wages
Overtime payment
ESI, PF, bonuses, leave, social security
Compensation for accidents, injury, disability or death
Government welfare schemes
Support During Emergencies:
Provide financial aid during illness, unemployment, disability, accidents, natural disasters, and pandemics.Fight for Insurance & Compensation:
Assist in obtaining accident claims, motor vehicle insurance, workplace injury compensation, and medical support.Regulate Fair Wages & Working Conditions:
Prevent wage cuts, unfair deductions, delayed payments, and ensure correct fare for transport workers.Organise Worker Registration:
Register eligible workers under:Mathadi Boards
Security Guard Board
Construction Workers’ Welfare Board
Domestic Workers’ Welfare Board
Support Transport Workers:
Ensure fair fares, stop harassment by transport authorities, assist with towing/traffic cases, work against illegal fines, and push for CCTV safety.Assist Industrial Workers:
Help factory and industrial workers get proper wages, overtime, and legal benefits as per labour laws.Resolve Disputes:
Work as a mediator to solve conflicts between workers, employers, contractors, or agencies.Promote Education & Training:
Conduct awareness camps, seminars, training programs, and skill-building workshops for workers and their families.Housing & Welfare Support:
Work with government agencies to secure affordable housing and welfare schemes for members.Financial Transparency & Governance:
The union maintains records, conducts annual audits, and follows the Trade Union Act, 1926.
Membership
Any worker 18 years or above working in the covered sectors can become a General Member by paying:
₹100 Registration Fee
₹21 Monthly Subscription
“Honorary Members” may also be enrolled (without voting rights).

Sandeep Trilokinath Shukla (General Secretary, Founder)
Introduction:
Sandeep Trilokinath Shukla, whose full name is Sandeep Maltidevi Trilokinath Shukla, is a prominent resident of Mumbai, India. He was born on June 15, 1982, in the bustling city of Mumbai. He is known as a successful entrepreneur, publisher, real estate consultant and social activist, who has made a name for himself in various fields through his hard work and dedication. His journey has started from the local level and spread to a wider social impact, in which he combines professional success with social upliftment. His profile is mainly available through social media platforms, professional registrations and social organizations, which is a reflection of his active and versatile life.
Professional Career: A Strong Foundation for Success
Sandeep Shukla’s professional journey is full of variety and innovation. He is the Director of EVS Publication and Production Private Limited, a company established in 2023, in which he works with his wife Vandana Sandeep Shukla. The registered office of the company is at Om Ganeshnagar, New Sahyadri Nagar, Mumbai, and is active in the publishing and manufacturing sector. In addition, he is the editor and proprietor of a weekly bilingual (Marathi and Hindi) publication called “Trilok Vivechana”. The publication is registered with the Press Registrar General of India (PRGI), Government of India, with registration number MAHBIL/2023/88888, and was registered on 13 September 2024. The publication focuses on local issues, social awareness and commentary, which reflects the cultural diversity of Maharashtra.
In the real estate sector, Sandeep provides property related services in areas like Mumbai, New Mumbai, Thane, Pune, all over Maharashtra and Ratlam in Madhya Pradesh. He is a certified real estate agent, active in areas like Andheri to Bandra (West) and Andheri to Borivali (West). His other business units include:
– Samved Consultancy (Proprietor): Focus on consultancy services.
– T. N. Shukla Enterprises (Proprietor): Various business activities.
– Ekvira Enterprises (Proprietor): Additional industries.
From 2009 to 2014, he worked as a Special Executive Officer (SEO), where he developed leadership skills that became the cornerstone of his current career. Sandeep’s business approach is not only profit-oriented, but also strengthening the local economy, which makes him an inspiring entrepreneur.
Social and NGO Contributions: Passion for Service
Sandeep Shukla’s life is not limited to business; he is deeply involved in social service, in which he has held leadership roles in several registered organizations. His contributions span across areas such as youth development, environmental protection and labour welfare:
